Griffins of Ardor can emit fire from their bodies at will. This power is symbolized by the color orange, as well as orange-colored gems and crystals, matching the moon that grants it.

The Elder of Ardor, Rioma, is renowned for her unique ability to engulf her entire body in flames while in griffin form, a feat no other griffin has achieved. This ability is called the Phoenix Effect.

The Phoenix Effect

A difficult feat to master, so difficult that none can top Elder Rioma's flare and skill, for she can not only engulf her whole Griffin form with flames, but she can do so while in flight, and while expelling balls of fire rom her flesh!
